Runaway Wedding - UK Venue

Since me and H2B decided to call off the 'big' wedding and go for something we smaller (that we preferred) I have been looking at two options:

1. Inn at Fossebridge - a Hotel/Pub in the Cotswold's http://www.cotswolds-country-pub-hotel.co.uk/
Here we could get married in their private room and have a small intimate dinner with just us and our immediate family (Parents/Siblings)

2. Pool House - a boutique hotel in Scotland next to Loch Ewe, 2 hours from Inverness.  Great for a runaway wedding, just the two of us over looking the lake! http://pool-house.co.uk/

Not sure which option I would prefer...
